Beaconsfield’s partnership includes nearly a dozen entrepreneurs. The founder has a decade of experience advising and operating manufacturing and industrial companies.

This ranges from running sales planning & execution, managing rising healthcare costs and plans, consolidating procurement across multiple facilities and supporting product development to meet customer needs.

One business, all in

This isn't a portfolio investment or strategic investment. The company we acquire will be our day job. The founder will have 90%+ of his net worth tied up in the business, the same way you likely did.

That means real continuity for your team, real preservation of what you built, and real accountability to the community (both customers and employees) who depend on the business.

ABOUT THE FOUNDER

Ninad Singh is the founder and managing partner at Beaconsfield Growth Partners. From a young age, Ninad watched his parents build a metal distribution and fabrication business, which inspired his goal towards entrepreneurship.

Prior to Beaconsfield, Ninad held operating roles at electrical infrastructure, aerospace & defense, and building products companies in a variety of roles spanning sales operations, procurement, logistics, and various other operational positions. Previously in his career, he also worked at an investment firm focusing on industrials & manufacturing companies, and consulting companies.

A common thread between all his roles has been the ability to work on and build great teams. Business is a team sport, and he believes that it is essential to work with people you like and creating a winning culture together.

Ninad currently lives in the New York area with his fiancée, Keri, and his beagle, Sammy. He attended the University of Pennsylvania and is passionate about animal rescue and watching all Philadelphia sports teams in his free time.
